Grown organically, wild fermented, unadjusted, unfiltered, unfined - the wine was fermented and matured in stainless steel to preserve freshness and fruit flavour. An amazing depth of flavour here.... incredibly fruity but dense and dark too.... pure blueberry, raspberry, dark cherry.
