Maceration / Skin-Contact / Orange Wine.

Crowd-favourite orange wine is back, this time a blend of Arneis, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling and Muscat, all sourced from separate plots in the McLaren Vale.

There's plenty to love here at first sniff - tropical fruit salad, baked stonefruit and woody herbs. On the palate, it's refreshing and decidedly moreish, with delicate florals and white pepper rounding things off. Excellent summer smasher, but with plenty of savoury, chalky tannic backbone to carry food too.
